Definitely Recommend lobster roll ! Great place and even better if you place your order beforehand!

Phenomenal lobster roll. We first got the hot one and it was so good we went back to get the cold one. Also, their 100% watermelon juice was so refreshing and had no additional sugar added.

The best sandwiches I've ever ever had. There is no way I'm coming to Nantucket without making a stop at Walters. Fresh sandwiches. Excellent service. Takeout only.

I waited in line around 10 minutes to place my order on a Tuesday at 11:30. My order was ready in 5 minutes. I ordered the chicken pesto panini and expected green pesto, but it only had a tomato sauce on it. Plus the chicken breast was breaded. It was served hot with melted cheese. It was made with quality ingredients and tasted delicious. This is counter service and no where to sit.

New Yorker sandwich is my go to on the island. Good value here, have enjoyed a decent portion of the menu

It was a nice place to visit..i ordered a chicken parm sandwich and it was fine..along with a bowl of soup..now it was all fine, and we ate it at a park bench outside and the sun was warming us just enough to make it comfortable..no issues or probs making a nice afternoon..no regrets about visiting a great place to get a lunch..simple and good..no regrets about visiting..they delivered on promise to make a good sandwich and soup..and learned more about the place i was visiting.....and think a lot of people felt the same..good move!..

Outstanding! I went here for lunch seeking out a lobster roll, although honestly the entire menu looked amazing. The deli is really just a counter, so you order and give the server your name and they call you when it's done. There's no seating but there are plenty of benches around The lobster roll is mayo-based lobster salad on a buttered, toasted roll. I'm not the biggest mayo fan but this was excellent - not too mayo-y but very well seasoned, and the cool lobster with the warm bun is *chef's kiss.* It's also very reasonably priced for the quality and amount of lobster they give you!

I've been along the New England states on my quest for the perfect lobster roll. Most rolls have an abundance portion of lobster with either cold (mayo) or hot (butter) on a typical hot dog bun. Walter's in Nantucket was a special find for the three of us. We typically share what we like and do not like about our meals. All three of us agreed that Walter's lobster roll was (hands down) our favorite. It was distinctive from other rolls as it was prepared with a bit of a citrus forward zest and - served on romaine on soft, buttered potato bread. We loved it so much we ordered two more for our trip back on the ferry. Light, savory, with a balance of citron and softness. We enjoyed this game in Nantucket! Thank you for a memorable experience! We shall return....
